1 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 egg white

1 cup powdered sugar

Beat egg white until frothy, brush on top.

Bake at 375 for 50 minutes.

While warm, drizzle with mixture of powdered sugar and 3 to 4 tsp. milk.
