2 1/2 pounds ground beef, veal, and pork (ground)
2 eggs
1 pack Lipton dry onion soup mix
1 1/4 cup Gram's chili sauce (pour 1/2 cup of this over the top)
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 Tablespoon worstershire sauce
2 cups shredded mozerella, montery jack, chedder, and colby cheese (any one or combination of all 4!)
Mix everything (except 1/2 cup Gram's chili sauce and the cheese), and let sit at room temperature for about 2 hours
Pat flat, sprinkle with cheese, and roll into a loaf
Put into loaf pan, and pour the 1/2 cup Gram's chili sauce on top
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
